Wedding bells are ringing in the town of Riverdale! On Wednesday, Jordan Connor announced on Instagram that he'd proposed to longtime girlfriend Jinjara Mitchell over the weekend. Both he and Mitchell shared sweet messages about this new stage of their relationship, as well as plenty of gorgeous photos from the proposal, which took place in the scenic Tofino district of British Columbia's Vancouver Island.

"The most important question I've ever asked… also the easiest! Jinjara Mitchell, you are my best friend and the love of my life. Let's get married!!" Connor captioned a series of photos from Saturday (September 22), all of which, he noted, were taken by his brother and sister, Brad and Nicole Yuen. The snapshots show Connor getting down on one knee and then embracing Mitchell, all while the pair are surrounded by a breathtaking sunset on the beach.

Mitchell also uploaded photos of her and Connor kissing and cuddling, moments after the proposal, with craggy hills and the Pacific Ocean behind them. "Yes, yes, YES! All the best days of my life so far have been with you, Jordan. September 22, 2018, is another one of those days. You are my best friend and the love of my life. Spending a lifetime with you sounds like the most fun adventure I can imagine. Let's do this!" she wrote. Later, Mitchell shared another photo in her Instagram Story of her and Connor's intertwined hands, showing off her gorgeous engagement ring.

Connor, best known for playing Sweet Pea on Riverdale, has been dating Mitchell since at least 2013, per E! News. After the pair shared their happy news on Instagram, many of Connor's costars congratulated them in the comments. "Gorgeous photos - so happy for you," Lili Reinhart wrote, while Camila Mendes added, "beyond happy for both of you 😍 congrats lovers!" Tiera Skovbye, who plays Polly Cooper on the show, wrote, "I'm just crying over here, congrats you two!!! So happy for you both!!!" And Vanessa Morgan, Connor's fellow South Side Serpent, commented, "so happy for the both of you!!!!!!! Congrats you love birds!!!!!!"
