Meghan Markle might be making headlines for being the high-profile girlfriend of Prince Harry, but the Suits star recently opened up about her beauty habits, and it's pretty big news to us. The brunette beauty, known for a fresh-faced approach to makeup, not to mention the most beautiful hair ever, has a surprisingly low maintenance approach to beauty. Sure 12 sounds like a lot of beauty products, but only a few fall into the makeup category and include a $9 drugstore body lotion and $8 cleansing cloths. Now that's a girl after our own heart!

In an interview with BeautyBanter the 36-year-old explains why 5 of the 12 are her absolute favorite. They include Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler ($21) to "look instantly awake," Fresh Sugar Advanced Therapy Lip Treatment With SPF 15 ($26) for "soft kissable, buttery lips." For makeup, she uses NARS Blush in Orgasm ($30) to brighten up her complexion and Laura Mercier Illuminating Primer ($44) to perfect her signature dewy look. Finally, she gushes over Nivea Skin Firming Hydration Body Lotion ($9). "I use this religiously," she says of the drugstore body cream. "It's honestly my favorite lotion on the market, it's so affordable, and makes my skin look and feel amazing. I would buy a case of this at a time if I could find it."

Rounding out the makeup that's always in rotation for Meghan Markle is Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat Radiance Perfecting Pen ($42), which she credits for "looking alive" after a 17-hour day on set and Chanel Long-Lasting Eyeliner in Cassis ($33) to define her brown eyes. When it comes to skin, she also buys BiorГ© Daily Cleansing Cloths ($8) in bulk to use on "horribly lazy nights that the thought of getting up to actually wash your face seems unbearable." Markle makes up for those nights by seeing facialist Kate Somerville when she's in LA and uses Quench Hydrating Face Serum ($75) to maintain her skin's health and to lather up from head to toe with Dr. Bronners Body wash in Lavender ($11).

Last, but certainly not least, are the Meghan Markle-approved brands that help her maintain that beautiful hair of hers."There are two lines I use religiously: KГ©rastase (masquintense & the oleo relax line) and Wella," she says. Her Wella pick is the brand's Luminous Smoothing Oil ($40), which she is "obsessed with" and deems versatile. "It smells like vacation and makes your hair slippery and touchable. I love this stuff! It also doubles as a pretty amazing body oil post bath."
