Gilmore Girls fans, the bar has officially been set! Molly Larimer, a bride-to-be and Gilmore Girls super fan from California, got the ultimate Stars Hollow surprise when her fiancГ© proposed to her in the fictional town's famed gazebo.Courtesy of Giphy
“Gilmore Girls has always been one of my favorite shows and Sebastian planned the perfect proposal and actually proposed in the actual Stars Hollow gazebo!! I'm so lucky and so happy to spend forever with him,” the newly engaged Larimer tweeted on Monday, along with photos of the Lorelai-approved proposal.
Larimer and her boyfriend have been dating for over five years, so when the time came to pop the question, he knew exactly where to do it while touring the Warner Brothers lot in Los Angeles with his bride-to-be. “We got to the Stars Hollow area and our tour guide had everyone get out of the tram and go walk toward the gazebo. We got up to it, and the guide asked us all if there were any big Gilmore Girls fans in the group, and my fiancé and I both raised our hands,” Larimer recently told Mashable.
“Then the guide asked us to go onto the gazebo to do an 'improv scene.' When we got up onto the gazebo, Sebastian told me that we were there for another reason, and he got down on one knee,” said Larimer. No word yet if "I love you, you idiot," was part of Sebastian's proposal speech-but fingers crossed!
This perfect proposal beats Lorelai's 1,000 yellow daisies from Max Medina and her impromptu popped question to Luke Danes in the diner by a long shot.

So basically, Gilmore Girls fans now have the perfect inspiration for any and all future proposals. (Hint hint, IRL Deans, Jesses, and Logans of the world.)
